Biography

 

David is a product of Deerfield High School where he played for 4 years and was a captain. After DHS, David played for the club team at Illinois State where he served as Captain and President in 2017. David began his coaching career with the Bloomington Warriors, where he coached until returning home to finish college at DePaul University. David began writing about the sport for the National Lacrosse League, Major League Lacrosse, and Pro Lacrosse Talk. You can find David's written work on any of those websites. David now helps grow the game in his own community as the Defensive Coordinator at Deerfield High School, and the Youth Director for Deerfield Youth Lacrosse Club. David also serves as a Lacrosse Development Officer for OWLS Lacrosse in Chicago.
