Biography

Harty attended United States Merchant Marine Academy where he majored in Logistics and graduated in 2015. Harty was a four-year starter for the USMMA Men's Lacrosse program. During his four years, he has many accolades such as All-American, Conference Player of the Year, team MVP, leading score, and team captain. After college Harty worked as a director for a club lacrosse program in Illinois and was the Offensive Coordinator for his Alma Mater, Glenbrook South. Harty is the Founder and Director of Second City Lacrosse Club and the current Varsity Head Coach for Saint Viator High School.

Founder and Director of Second City Lacrosse Club 2020-Present, Head Coach at Saint Viator High School 2024-Present, Varsity Offensive Coordinator at Saint Viator High School, Director of Inverness Jr. Vikings Youth Lacrosse, True Lacrosse Illinois State Team Director, True Lacrosse Illinois World Series of Youth Lacrosse Director, True Lacrosse National Coach, Offensive Varsity Coordinator at Glenbrook South High School.

Had club qualify for World Series out of Midwest qualifier all 3 years as director; Had team advance to the semifinals of World Series while director of the program in 2019; Had team win NLF National championship while director of the program in 2018.

7 years of club director and coaching experience, 6 years of Varsity coaching experience.
